When you need it
When a sell or trade-in request arrives.
Step by step

Open the request and look at the details and photos.

Set the price range under Valuation and click Send the valuation.

If accepted, click Make a draft listing to create a draft listing.
Common mistakes
- Give a firm valuation only after seeing the item; give a range, not one number.
