When you need it
When someone joins, wants to freeze, or changes plan.
Step by step

DM sign-ups arrive automatically; for an in-person one, click New subscription.

Open a subscription to Freeze, Change plan or Adjust credits.

For a family or corporate plan, click Add member.
Common mistakes
- When cancelling, choose carefully between the end of this period and right now; the end of the period is usually fairer.
