When you need it
On day one, and when you add a gateway or sell to a new country.
Step by step

Click Connect on a method, enter its keys and click Save & test.

Set each method's Countries (empty = all) and Currencies (empty = all); empty means all.

Register the Webhook URL to register in the provider's dashboard in the gateway's dashboard so payments confirm automatically.
Common mistakes
- Don't mix test and live keys; a method isn't shown to customers until its test passes.
