When you need it
On day one, and when the floor layout changes.
Step by step

Create the table type under units and set each table's capacity.

Under Table combos, use New combo to pick tables that seat a bigger party together.

Set the Opening hours (hourly / tables) and the Prep / cleaning buffer (minutes).
Common mistakes
- Parties above the set size need team approval; keep that limit realistic in the settings.
