When you need it
Daily to record offline gifts and send receipts, and at month end for the report.
Step by step
- 1
Gifts made in DMs are recorded automatically; record cash or transfers with Record a gift so a receipt is issued.
- 2
For an unpaid gift, Send the payment request; when it arrives, Mark as paid.
- 3
Send the receipt with Send the receipt; the Report totals gifts by campaign, type and month.
Common mistakes
- Don't delete a wrong gift; Refund or void it so the ledger stays correct.
