When you need it
When you run a concert, workshop or show with tickets.
Step by step
- 1
Click New public event and set the price, Total capacity per session and Sessions.

When ready, turn on Tickets on sale; the bot sells tickets in DMs.

Under Orders & tickets, see sales, Orders awaiting payment and Ticket revenue; sell at the door with Desk sale.
Common mistakes
- Cancelling a ticket frees the seat; set the cancellation fee and deadline in Event settings.
