When you need it

Step by step

In Settings, set the Default payment plan and Deposit %.

Save frequent lines with prices under Line-item templates.

Write your terms under Terms templates.

Turn on Ask for the deposit right after acceptance so the deposit is requested right after acceptance.
Common mistakes
- Write the terms carefully once and have them reviewed; they repeat in every quote.
