Under Milestones & payments, set the stages and each amount and click Save milestones.

Send progress photos and text with New progress update.

Record extra work with New change order so the customer approves its price and time.

At the end, Hand over; the balance and a review are requested automatically.
Common mistakes
- Don't do extra work without an approved change order; most disputes start there.
