When you need it
When you want the bot to send a photo or file instead of text.
Step by step

Under Add a file, give it a title, choose the file and click Upload.

Write a short, clear Key (English, for automations and AI); flows and the AI find the file by this key.

See uploaded files under Files and pick them in a flow or automation.
Common mistakes
- Only add photos you have the right to use; real photos of your own work build the most trust.
