Automations
Keywords in DMs, comments and stories that start a reply: a fixed reply, a ready flow, or an AI conversation with a specific mission.

When you need it
When a specific word should always get a specific reply; for example, whoever comments "price" gets the price by DM.
Step by step

Click one of the three: DM automation, Comment automation or Story automation.

Write the keywords and pick the reply: fixed text, a flow, or AI with a mission. For comments you can set a public reply under the post and a private DM together.

Use Test a message with a sample sentence to see which automation replies; typing on an English keyboard and small typos are understood too.

The switch on each card turns it on or pauses it; each automation's stats (triggered, delivered, clicks, forms, payments) are on its card.

At the bottom are the Starters of your flows; flows with their own starter are switched on and off here.
Common mistakes
- A very general word (like "hello") catches every message; use a precise word and put synonyms in the Lexicon.
