When you need it
Once after setup to review, and if your trade has a particular sensitive topic.
Step by step
- 1
Open each set in Rule sets and see its behaviour: a safe reply, a handoff to the team, or an alert.

Check your country's emergency numbers; these are what emergency replies send.

Type a sentence in Test a message and click Review to see which rule catches it.
- 4
For cases specific to your trade, create a New rule under Your rules.
Common mistakes
- Don't turn off the default rules unless you're sure; they stop medical advice and wrong promises.
